In conjunction with the European Muscle Congress in Amsterdam, our consortium member IonOptix/CytoCypher organized an afternoon workshop, showcasing advanced cardiac tissue analysis tools and techniques.
Among many other things, the workshop featured demonstration of the CytoCypher/IonOptix MultiCell system for high throughput myocyte measurements in adult ventricular cardiomyocytes.
At the workshop, participants also had the opportunity to experience fast, targeted solution switching using Fluicell’s Biozone platform. The Biozone platform was integrated into a MultiCell Lite system, showcasing the combination of Fluicell’s high precision fluidic technology with CytoCypher’s advanced solutions for cardiac tissue analysis.
This workshop was an excellent demonstration of the many benefits and new research opportunities provided through the kind of integration of Fluicell’s and Cytocypher’s technologies that we are creating in the INTEC project, and we are looking forward to showing what we can achieve by working together again in the future.
